You reserve the right to return merchandise provided that:
- you notify us at email@example.com within seven days of receipt of your intention to return the merchandise
- the merchandise is still in its original packaging with its original tags intact where relevant
- the merchandise has not been worn, washed or used
- the merchandise shows no evidence of skin, cosmetic or make-up marks
- the merchandise is free of deodorant, perfume and body odours
- the merchandise is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was received.
- You may not return sale merchandise unless it proves to be undisputedly defective.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and panties may not be returned unless they prove to be undisputedly defective.
- We will only consider requests to return merchandise after the stipulated seven-day period if said merchandise proves to be undisputedly defective.
- Products will not be considered defective if you did not observe the Care Guidelines associated with the purchase.
- To exchange a gift, a gift recipient will have to provide the full name of the giver for verification purposes.
- Gift vouchers cannot not be redeemed for cash.
- All shipment arrangements and costs are for your own expense unless the merchandise is undisputedly defective. Shipment will be invoiced at our standard prevailing shipping rate per parcel to any destination within South Africa.
- Read and observe the Care Guidelines related to your purchase. Merchandise adversely affected by non-compliance will not be eligible for return/exchange.
- Refunds pertaining to our Delivery, Refund or Exchange policies will be done via EFT. To facilitate refunds we will provide a secure mobile number to send your banking details to.
- Notify us within seven days of receipt of your intention to return merchandise on firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We will acknowledge your request via a return email.
- Your return must reach our address below within seven days of our acknowledgement email.

- You will receive an email notification once we receive your parcel.
- If your return complies with the conditions set out in our Returns Policy your refund will be processed within seven days of receipt of your parcel.
- You may request that the refund remain on your account profile for your next purchase.
- If your return does not comply with the conditions set out in our Returns Policy the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.
- Refunds will be transacted on the same credit card that was used for payment and for the full value of the merchandise purchased inclusive of VAT but exclusive of all shipping charges.
